Talent Next Generation is comprehensive programme which includes a development centre, three learning modules of one-week duration, individual coaching, business projects, international assignments and mentoring session. The programme runs for high-potential employees at Ferring and lasts approximately 15 months.
The Oxford Group designs and facilitates the learning modules and provides the individual coaching, working in close partnership with the client.
